About Interactive Courses
This course is a Video Exchange. You upload a short video introducing yourself and answering a few questions about your goals along with an optional video of you dancing. Then your instructor will put together a course for you and upload instructional videos over the course of the month. Any progress videos that you submit will allow instructors to continue customizing the course.

Instructional Videos
Videos are compact, usually 3-5 minutes in length, each containing the about same amount of content you would cover in an online class but with the ability to pause and rewind and train when it suits you.

Videos are recorded in real life – from instructors’ homes, on the road while on tour, sometimes even on rooftops. We value content and connection over big production.
Self-directed Practice
Your success is determined by your drive and dedication. We recommend setting aside 15-20 minutes 3-5 times a week to practice to make sure you get the most out of the experience.
Timeline & Access
After you complete the steps below, within 24-48 hours you will see your personal course available under My Courses in the website menu.
You have access to the material for 30 days and can renew it to extend your training for a month at a time.
